Location Profile
■ The area surrounding the facilities has been recognized as quite fitting for logistics hubs over time, as the gateway to the Tokyo metropolitan area for those who come from western Japan. So high tenant demand can be expected.
■ As to expressways, junction with Tomei Expressway, Chuo Expressway, etc. via "Ebina Junction" and "Hachioji Junction" make for easy access from outside of the Tokyo metropolitan area.
■ As to the access to other trunk roads, the area is quite close to National Route 129 which runs from north to south in the center of Kanagawa Prefecture as well as to National Route 16 which is one of the main circular roads of the Tokyo metropolitan area. That ensures high transportation efficiency for the facilities.
■ The site is also close from a dense residential area and is located along a regular bus route. So the location is good enough from the viewpoint of securing a necessary workforce.
■ The site directly faces National Route 129 which runs from north to south in the center of Kanagawa Prefecture.
Facility Profile
■ Dedicated up and down ramps make for easy direct loading from and unloading to each floor.
■ Multiple entrances and exits for large vehicles make for easy entry to and exit from the building.
■ Central lanes are in place to secure highly-safe line of flow.
■ Enough attention has been paid to BCP in that quake-absorbing structure was adopted for the buildings and that emergency power generators (workable for 72 hours) are equipped.
■ Advanced security system (working 24 hours and 365 days a year) was adopted for the buildings.
